Visiting Scholars Perks
Visiting scholars are eligible to join the gym for $25/month. You will be asked to provide a letter of employment on official NC State letterhead with employment dates from your department. For more information, visit the Wellness and Recreation’s website.
Visiting scholars are eligible to utilize some of the NC State Libraries resources. Department representatives are encouraged to contact the Libraries to request access to additional resources.
Visiting scholars should receive an ID card at the Onboarding Center or the Wolfpack One Card office appointment. If you would like to use your card to make purchases on campus, you can set up the All Campus feature and load money on to the card. If you still have money on the card at the end of your assignment, you can request a refund and a check will be issued (the balance must be greater than $15). For more information, click here.
