IST-Key HR Operational Teams

Various teams and committees play distinct, yet interrelated roles to ensure operational efficiency, effective project execution, and successful change implementation. Units such as the Continuous Improvement (CI) team, Lean Six Sigma committee, Implementation Success Team, Project Leadership team, Project Management Office (PMO), and Project Managers all contribute specialized expertise and functions. While some focus on enhancing processes and driving incremental improvements, others prioritize managing change or ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

TeamCharge/Function
Continuous Improvement (CI)Focuses on identifying, analyzing, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across business processes.
Implementation Success Team (IST)Create and manage a model to be used by project teams focused on managing the human aspects of change to ensure smooth transitions by addressing resistance, communication and training.
Project Leadership Team (PLT)Responsible for aligning project goals with strategic objectives, determining priorities, and ensuring resource availability.
Project Management Office (PMO)Acts as the central hub for managing project information, resources, and best practices.  Provides a standardized framework for managing projects and supports project managers. Provides project portfolio metrics. 
Project ManagersLead individual projects to completion within scope, time, and budget. Manage day-to-day project activities.
