IST-Common HR Stakeholders and Personas

Who are the key stakeholders in HR initiatives, and how might they be affected by HR changes?  When planning HR change initiatives, it’s important to consider how these changes may impact different stakeholders. Each project may require you to assess various personas—such as faculty, staff, HR professionals, and no-pay affiliates—to understand how the changes might affect their specific roles and responsibilities. The list below includes common stakeholders, though it is not exhaustive. Every change initiative should be carefully evaluated to identify all impacted groups, adjusting the list of stakeholders and personas based on the project's unique needs and outcomes.
